ST. CHARLES, Mo. – The next generation of go-anywhere-do-anything tactical pants for men and women is here. It’s made by Propper and they call it the Kinetic Pant.
Built with a garment technology Propper calls NEXstretch, a two-way mechanical stretch fabric, the Kinetic pant is designed to flex without losing its looks.
Features include ripstop nylon, gusseted crotch for ease of movement, internal gripper waistband to keep a shirt tucked in, ambidextrous pocket configuration, durable water repellent and wider belt loops with a badge/sunglasses holder.
“This a versatile pant,” said Joe Ruggeri, senior vice president of Merchandising and Product Development. “It’s designed to hold up under the toughest conditions but is softer and more comfortable than traditional durable fabrics. Wear it on duty, to the range, the office, out to dinner – wherever life takes you. It’s more than a typical tactical pant.”
The women’s version is not just a modified men’s pant. It offers all the same great features but is specifically tailored through the hips and waist to fit a woman’s shape.
The Kinetic pant is available in six colors: black, charcoal, coyote, khaki, olive and LAPD navy.
This year, Propper celebrates 50 years in business. Making survival gear “with a purpose” has been a way of life for Propper since its first U.S. Navy contract in 1967. Today, Propper designs and manufactures tactical clothing and gear for the military, law enforcement, and public safety professionals.
