ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Attendees of the Gateway Preparedness Show that made their way to the Paratus Business News booth had the opportunity to sign up for a “fabulous” and free raffle.
The top prize is a $500 portable solar generator donated by Always Empowered. The ticket will pulled for that after the Cincy Preparedness Expo, Oct. 16.
In the meantime, PBN thought it would be fair in ensure that our friends in St. Louis got the opportunity to win some of the great prizes.
“First and foremost, we really have to thank some incredibly generous companies for their donations. Choate Machine and Tool, SWAT-T and Pelican Strategic took a leap of faith with this new publication, and words can’t express our appreciation,” said Morgan Stewart, editor of Paratus Business News. “Of course none of this would be possible without our readers. We had nearly 400 enter the contest, and we’re glad to know that we made 400 new friends.”
The prizes include an auto emergency tool, a Remington 270 shotgun stock and forend, a magazine extender for the Remington from Choate, and SWAT-T tourniquets from SWAT-T.
“Surprisingly enough, the winners were mostly female,” Stewart added. “Which goes to show that preppers aren’t just a bunch of guys and guns. Clearly, protecting loved ones has no glass ceiling,”
The winners for this round are:
- Magazine Extender – Ryan Pellow
- Auto Emergency Tool – Heather McClintand, Jerri Oliver, and Karen Ritz
- Shotgun stock and Forend – Lisa Kemp
- SWAT-T Tourniquets – Silvia Lohmeier, Shannon Stotler, Tim McNabb, Paula Bedwell, and John Boyle.
PBN would like to thank our intern for picking the names.
